Ternyata kisah lagu ini cukup menyentuh dan gw baru tau sejarahnya.

Jadi ceritanya si Elton John ini adalah salah satu sahabatnya Diana, dan ketika mendengar kabar bahwa Diana sudah tiada karna kecelakaan yang menimpanya beberapa tahun yang lalu bersama kekasihnya Dodi Al Fayed, Elton John langsung menciptakan lagu ini dan dinyanyikan di hari pemakaman Lady D sebagai penghormatan terakhirnya. Wow, ternyata! pantesan liriknya agak-agak gimana gitu. Tapi jujur deh, lagu ini bagus banget dan sempet menjadi soundtrack film favorite gw lagi (Lion King 1).

Menurut gw sih lagu ini cukup menyentuh dan mungkin Lady D disana juga seneng kali yah diciptain lagu seperti ini sama sahabatnya sendiri, yang sekaligus seorang musisi dunia, hmmm...
